Judges' Tools for Computing Level 2 Paremeters

I have coded up a simple windows-based (Win2000/XP) program in VC6.0 that performs the mapping/judging for the accuracy portion of Level 2. I feel that it is important to let the teams play with the same tools that I will be using for judging. I have zipped up the binary and source code (the whole workspace for VC6.0) so that the teams (or anyone) can download it. The hope is that the teams might use it to help in generating a mapping program for their aerial robots, or simply use it to test the performance of their systems at home.

The surveyed points that I have for "truth" are not provided. The teams will have to do their own survey of their own course (or make one up).
