NovAtel GPS System Offer

NovAtel Inc., a leading GPS manufacturer located in Calgary Alberta Canada, is once again pleased to announce factory participation in the 2008 International Aerial Robotics Competition, by extending to all teams entering the Collegiate Class Event GPS receivers at a special IARC competitor’s price.

NovAtel’s new 45,000 sq. ft. corporate facility built in 1997.

During the last few years of NovAtel’s sponsorship of the International Aerial Robotics Competition, over two dozen Universities and Technical Institutions have taken advantage of NovAtel’s offer for GPS hardware. With the release of the official 2008 Rules, NovAtel will make available to all Collegiate teams two (2) dual frequency OEM4-G2/G2L GPS receivers at the special IARC competitors price. To date, this is the highest performance GPS product that NovAtel manufactures.

The OEM4-G2-RT2/OEM4-G2L-RT2 GPS receiver will deliver real time performance of 2cms, or better, with low data latency and up to 20 Hz position updates. The OEM4-G2/G2L receiver is designed to integrate easily into various configurations and most teams will have little or no problems using this GPS receiver. If you do have a problem, NovAtel’s Customer Support Team is a phone call away.
